Custom drink interaction on MTS


Details


  • Adds new menus to the fridge, professional bar, coffeemaker, tea maker
  • New menus added are - Make Custom Drinks (Professional Bar), Buy Custom Drinks (Professional Bar), Make Custom Beverages(coffeemaker, tea maker), Grab Custom Drinks (fridge)
  • Enables new custom recipes to appear in the professional bar, fridge and coffee and tea recipe picker
  • Requires frequent updates for patch as well as for addition of new drink resources
  • Requires both the .package and .ts4script files
  • This mod only adds the menus. for the actual recipes, you need to download the individual recipes

    ATS4 Beer in the specialized grab a drink menu is not working via the cooler, only fridge. The Galaxy Fizz drink workes via the cooler. Could you please fix the Beer problem so that it will work via the cooler menu? it's visible and you can click a bottle of beer but nothing happens. Thank you very much.

    Fantastic work. Thank you for sharing your creations as they add a lot of fun and dimension to playing the game. Just reloaded my game on a new PC and your harvestables, et al was one of the first things I went looking for. Have a coffee on me.

    Hello, I have been trying to get your custom mods to work. I can not get the shrimp n grits, beignets, crab legs, or custom drinks to work. I downloaded custom food interactions by foodgroup already, but these few mods do not show up in game on the fridge in the menus or on the bar.

      Make sure you look under the gourmet menu and your sim has the required skills for the recipes. Do you get the recipes under the dessert/lunch/dinner/breakfast/brunch pie menu ? Make sure all the files are in package format and there are no other versions of the food/drink interaction file hiding in your folders. Do you have any other mods which alter the fridge/stove/bar ?

      My sim has max levels of the required skills. I do not see the recipes under any of the menus on the fridge or bar. I use a cooking mod by srsly but it is supposed to be compatible with this one. I will search for any old files, where should i look exactly?

      Just search with the name Food' or 'MTS'. Also search with 'icemunmun' in windows explorer. The food is in .package format right ? Make sure that all packages are unzipped.Are these the only recipes not showing up ?

    okay so i just used file explorer and there were not any old files from your food or drink mods. I use a few recipes from Leniad on MTS and all those pie recipes are shown in game as well as shrimp udon from Ohmysims. Your recipes along with a kitchen clutter mod from brazenlotus is not being read by my game so its not on the custom content list that pops up when I first open the game. I have unpacked the files and put them in my mod folder and even moved them to my cc folder, but the game will not read them.

      If Udon is being read and not my recipes then the only difference I can see is that udon was uploaded in .zip format while my recipes were uploaded in .rar format. Otherwise I am stumped as to why they are not being read at all

    None of the custom drinks show up at the bars even though I have all the custom categories when i click on the bar. I'm having the same problem as the person above.

      Can you show me a pic of what packages ( relating to the drinks) you have ? The drinks show up if you have the separate drink packages and enough skill

    Thank you so much for making the game sooo much better with the cc foods and drinks <3 I was wondering, have you thought about creating variants of sim-softdrinks? I am so greatful for everything we get so I hope it's not overstepping, it's just a suggestion/question :)

      I do have plans to make soft drinks and soda. I want to wait and see what the Eco pack fizzy juicer does though

    On the July 2020 update on one item appears in the download and missing the script. I had to download the alternate, but not seeing the beers or able to use the teapot for holiday drinks... I miss this sooo much :(

      Hey do you get any LE ? I have removed the holiday drinks from the teapot as they were causing errors. They are available from the coffee machine.The beers are not appearing in the fridge menu ?

      yes, I did until I removed it. Good to know it only works for coffee machine. No, the beers are not appearing in the fridge menu. Should there be two items in the July 8th update? I posted over there too, but never heard back. I had to download your "alternate version on this blog" and there are two items in the download file - I think this could be the overall issue - IDK.

      I will check out the beer issue! The folder should have two files - one package and one script. Both are required for everything to show up. The MTS version should be the up to date version. Sorry about not answering your query on MTS. I must have missed it.

      I wish I could upload a snipit of the file on MTS - the September update only had one file again when I downloaded (no script)... when I clicked on your "alternative" download on this page, it's only showing upload from March... smh - not sure what to do.

      What was the file format ? If its .zip ( or .rar) you need to extract it and you will get two files. If that is not the case then I think their is some glitch. Now that sfs is back up I will update the alternate link!

      So, every time I download option 2 on MTS - only one file downloads - not the normal .rar/.zip file as with download option 3, which is why I continued to inquire about the "script" LOL.... I really appreciate you updating the SFS link.

    I love all the recopies and drinks you made but I have a menus that says alcoholic drinks and I cant find anything specifically for alcoholic drinks am I missing something or is that for a future project?

    Hey! I absolutely love your work, I can't imagine playing my game without your mods so thank you for your effort it is massively appreciated!
    I recently downloaded the updated version of Custom Drinks and since putting it in, my game won't open at all, it just comes up with an error message saying the files are corrupted? I don't know why it's doing that?!
    I hope to hear from you soon as I really love this mod and downloaded lots of your drinks to play with too haha

    Hello, I really really love your work. Because I'm lazy and I already have so much cc and mods in my game, I prefer the non-custom version. I noticed that some like Mango Lassi is unfortunately only for the custom version available, if I'm not mistaken...Or does they function without the ingredients?
