Details
- Sugarcane can be found under 'Misc Appliances' . [ Search for 'Sugarcane ' the search bar for easy access]
- Can be found from Seed packets
- Cost - 15 simoleons
- Can be planted and harvested
- Sugarcane is tagged as a a herb , so can be eaten raw or used in recipes which require herb as a cooking ingredient. (Custom recipes to come )
- Eco pack compatible
- University compatible ( can be stored in dorm chest)
- Compatible with RoM spells and Island Living conservationist career.
- Can be sold using City Living Craft sales table, Grocery market stall
- Toddler compatible (aka toddlers can eat the harvestable, play with the plant)
- Pets Compatible
- Growing season : Spring, Summer, Fall
- Compatible with SCCO Sugar tag

Love, love, love this and all your mods. I'm so excited for the mill release! I had some ideas, feel free to use them:
ReplyDelete1) Spinning Wheel with Flax Custom Harvestable, like we had in Sims 2 Makin' Magic. It could be paired with a Functional Sewing Machine. You could send the flax to be made into cloth to be used in the sewing machine.
2) Milkable Goats/Sheep (similar to the cow) with collectable wool/hair you can spin for yarn, then use it to knit
3) Improved Always Happy Bee Box
4) Weaving Loom that produces the Nifty Knitting pack? The knitting animation could be used to make it look functional. Like a chair/loom combo.
My sims don't even need friends with your mods, they just need chickens and a cow. Hope that makes you smile and thanks for sharing your hard work.
I think Mozore Yukii is already doing a Sewing machine! I have plans for some of the other ideas too!
DeleteIdk if it’s doable but it would be really cool and realistic if you could grow sugarcane to make sugar since it’s needed for so many recipes/w the simple living lot challenge! It’d be super realistic/ make the challenge more self-contained if that makes sense
