TINY RESIDENTIAL LOT TYPE PERKS

 

1. Tier 1 - 32 tiles 

• Lighten the load - Lower Bills
• Lets all get along - Relationship gains doubled
• Let it grow - Plants grow twice as fast
• Feelin' fine all the time - Happy, inspired, focused buffs are twice as long
• You got the touch - Skills increase at double rate
• Cozy Comforts - Everything is twice as comfortable

2. Tier 2 - 64 tiles

• You got the touch - Skills increase at double rate
• Cozy Comforts - Everything is twice as comfortable
• Lighten the load - Lower Bills
• Feelin' fine all the time - Happy, inspired, focused buffs are twice as long

3. Tier 3 - 100 tiles

• Lighten the load - Lower Bills
• Feelin' fine all the time - Happy, inspired, focused buffs are twice as long

Overall, I really like the challenge aspect of the Tiny Residential Lot. However, I think the tier 1 benefits are a bit overpowered and need to be nerfed a bit.

This pack really made me want to go into build mode and just go crazy!

Features an outdoor shower, toilet bush, patio dining and cooking

MURPHY BED

FEATURES:

A) Closed State -

1. 'Put Down Bed' Interaction

• Sim pulls down the bed
• Bed may get stuck and the sim would attempt to pull it down manually
• Sim is thrown about and gets stuck under the bed
• Each time the bed is put up or down, it breaks a little

    

2. 'Upgrade' Interaction

• Massage Controls - Increased energy gain (Handiness skill 6)
• Mattress Firmness - More restful sleep and waking up in a positive mood (Handiness skill 8)
• Spring Loaded - Reduces how often the bed will break (Handiness skill 3)
• Reinforced spring wiring - Makes the Bed unbreakable (Handiness skill 8)

B) Open State -

1. Sleep, nap, assign right/left side to, sit

2. Put up bed - contributes to bed brokenness

3. Upgrade - 4 options as described above

C) Broken State - 

1. Replace, Repair

2. call Emergency repair services

2. Put Down / Put Up - Sims can put up or down the broken bed

• The broken bed has smokes and sparks to visually indicate its broken state
• Sims can sleep/nap on the bed even if its broken
• While sleeping there is a chance the sim will be swallowed by the bed and with a chance of ending up dying

          

D) Death & Ghost - 

• Death by being crushed by Murphy Bed
• Ghosts have sleep 💤 visual effect
• Ghosts canposses a sim and drain the sim's energy
• Ghosts can wake up and warn sims about dangers of sleeping in a murphy bed.

IN MY GAME - 
Where Shreya fights the Murphy and barely escapes with her life

         

Shreya's brave bro Surjo tries his hand but unfortunately also ends up under the bed. Surprisingly crush Injury is not as fun as the ads run by Murphy Co. in print media. You would think Surjo would notice the sparks though.

 

Bright lad he is, he decides to sleep in the sparkly and smokey bed. Did he stop to think what could happen ?

What a Shocker?! Now he is dead!
